Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Backriver Blends Original Jerk Marinade
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- Paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Eggs: Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the hot water and immediately place the eggs in an ice bath to cool quickly.
- Peel the Eggs: Once cooled, peel the eggs carefully.
- Cut the Eggs: Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
- Mash the Yolks: Mash the yolks with a fork or potato masher.
- Mix the Filling: Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, jerk marinade, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the Egg Whites: Spoon the filling into the egg white halves, mounding slightly.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika.
- Chill: Refrigerate until ready to serve.
