Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup Backriver Blends Original Jerk Marinade
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prep the cauliflower: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and jerk marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.
